I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is superb, making it so easy to explore the city without any hassle. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and included all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast selection was fantastic—definitely a highlight! However, there were a few moments when it felt a bit crowded at check-in, which was a minor drawback.

My stay at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were comfortable, though they showed some signs of aging. The location made it easy for me to access both business areas and shopping, which was a significant plus.
